Pressure Reducers are medical products that ensure the gas flow from a gas supply which has high pressure gasses. The required medical gases have to be at a certain pressure in order to be useful for patients and other medical devices.
Intended Use:
Pressure Reducers are medical equipment which are used by healthcare
professionals in order to ensure that necessary gasses for medical treatments are
supplied at required flowrates and pressures.
Environments of Use:
In general, pressure reducers are used in medical gas pipelines, the operating room,
intensive care, service rooms, intervention rooms and portable gas cylinders.
Do not use the device in the following environments:
Areas where the oxygen concentration volume percentage is above 25, where
combustible gas mixtures or explosive gas mixtures may occur.
Locations where magnetic field applications are performed (e.g. magnetic resonance
tomography)
